1. FIFO Compliance via Precision Roller Tracks

In assembly scenarios involving safety-critical parts (like airbag igniters or brake calipers), batch tracking is mandatory. You cannot afford to have operators picking from the “newest” box just because it’s closest.

Our racks utilize high-grade aluminum or steel roller tracks set at a calculated pitch (typically 3-5%). This ensures that when a KLT box is removed from the picking face, the next box glides gently into place via gravity. This guarantees First-In-First-Out (FIFO) compliance without electronic intervention. 3. The “Shooter” Mechanism: True Karakuri Automation

For plants aiming for “Dark Factory” status or simple headcount reduction, moving the rack is only half the battle. You still need to transfer the KLT box from the rack to the assembly workstation.

We offer Karakuri / Shooter capability. This is a purely mechanical solution. The rack is equipped with a locking lever. When the AGV docks precisely at the line-side station, a physical actuator on the station pushes the lever on the rack. This releases the stop, and gravity shoots the KLT box directly onto the conveyor or workbench. No motors, no batteries on the rack, zero maintenance.
